CBI registers FIR in Disha Salian case; political reactions emerge
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a First Information Report (FIR) in the Disha Salian case, six years after her death. Reports indicate the FIR names individuals associated with the Aditya-Uddhav Thackeray family. Following the FIR, BJP MLA Neeraj Kumar Bablu claimed that the truth behind Sushant Singh Rajput's death will also be revealed. Disha Salian's father has demanded the death penalty or life imprisonment for those responsible, stating they should lose their honor as his daughter did.
