Police search former minister's home in alleged school fraud case
Police searched the residence of former DMK minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi in connection with an alleged multi-crore fraud involving private schools. The Central Crime Branch had previously registered a case and arrested B.T. Arasakumar for allegedly collecting around ₹100 crore from private school managements. During the search, veteran DMK leader K.N. Nehru was reportedly denied entry to Poyyamozhi's home.
