AI Firm Anthropic to Open Singapore Office in October
Artificial intelligence company Anthropic announced it will open an office in Singapore in October. This will be the company's fifth office in the Asia-Pacific region. Singapore was ranked second globally for usage of Anthropic's AI model, Claude, according to company data. The move is seen as a step to compete in the Southeast Asian AI market, with OpenAI also a significant player in the region.
