Nissan to build new hybrid SUV at UK plant
Japanese automaker Nissan announced it will build a new hybrid small SUV for the European market at its plant in Sunderland, UK. The company plans to invest £170 million (approximately $229 million) for the production of the Kicks e-POWER hybrid model. This new vehicle will be manufactured at the Sunderland facility alongside the Qashqai model.
