Punjab Police ASI Shot Dead in Amritsar; DGP Visits Site
An Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of Punjab Police, Harjit Singh, was shot dead while on duty at the Bhagtawala Grain Market in Amritsar. Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav visited the crime scene following the incident. The coverage also mentions a Zomato worker was shot dead in Amritsar on the same night.
