Migrants Moved from Ceuta Beaches to New Facility
Spanish police in the enclave of Ceuta began moving hundreds of migrants from beaches to a new tented reception area on Friday morning. This action follows a large influx of migrants who crossed into Ceuta from Morocco in late July. Thousands of migrants remain in the Spanish enclave. Police reportedly fired shots in the air during the process of moving migrants to a fifth temporary reception space established to manage the crisis.
