Lumpy Skin Disease Spreads Among Cattle in India
Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) is spreading rapidly among cattle in India. In Haryana, 7,577 cows have been infected and 70 have died. Authorities have imposed restrictions on the movement of animals across borders and banned animal fairs. In Gwalior, the virus is spreading quickly, with 50 cows having died so far. Vaccination efforts have begun and are ongoing 24 hours a day.
