Haryana Exempts Clean Trucks, Buses from Motor Vehicle Tax in NCR
The Haryana government has announced a 100% motor vehicle tax exemption for new BS-VI, electric, and CNG trucks and buses operating in the National Capital Region (NCR) districts. This initiative aims to encourage the replacement of older, high-emission commercial vehicles with more environmentally friendly alternatives. The tax exemption will be valid for a period of 10 years from the date of the vehicle's first registration, supporting the adoption of cleaner transportation options.
