Food safety raids find rodents, fungus in kitchens across UP
Food safety and drug administration teams conducted raids on 233 fast-food establishments in Lucknow, Noida, and Gorakhpur. During inspections, authorities found evidence of rodents, fungus, expired non-vegetarian food, and unhygienic conditions in some kitchens. In Noida alone, 57 teams inspected 71 establishments.
