EPFO Wage Ceiling Raised, Pension Benefits to Increase
The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has revised its wage ceiling from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month. This upward revision is expected to benefit approximately 51 lakh more employees. The change aims to provide better pension coverage, particularly for those in lower income brackets among the retired population.
