Amazon to expand FTC settlement refunds to more US Prime users
Amazon will increase automatic refunds for US customers under its $2.5 billion Federal Trade Commission (FTC) settlement, with millions more Prime members becoming eligible starting October 1. The maximum total refund amount has been raised to $200 per user. Crucially, no claim form will be required for these expanded refunds, simplifying the process for eligible customers.
