News Outlets Sue Trump Administration Over White House Press Ban
Three news organizations, CNN, MS NOW, and Politico, announced they will sue the Trump administration to reverse a ban on their access to the White House. The outlets stated they are defending the principle that the government does not determine what the press reports or publishes. The ban escalated when the White House stripped CNN of its TV pool assignment. One report indicated the ban was related to 'fake news'. The lawsuit could be filed this week.
