Madras High Court Rejects Plea in Corruption Case, Hears Defamation Case
The Madras High Court has refused to discharge former minister MRK Panneerselvam from a corruption case. Separately, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin informed the Madras High Court in a defamation case that as party president, he is not liable for every social media post made by party wings or functionaries.
