Costa Rican man dies in US immigration custody after complaining of diabetes care
A 36-year-old Costa Rican man died in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody in Louisiana, his family stated. The family claims he had complained about a lack of proper care for his diabetes. This is the third detainee to die at an ICE facility in Louisiana in less than six months.
