Delhi High Court Orders SAP to Restore Nayara Energy Services
The Delhi High Court has directed SAP, a German technology firm, to restore critical software services to Nayara Energy, an oil major. SAP had suspended these services citing European Union sanctions linked to Nayara Energy's Russian ownership. The court granted Nayara Energy's plea for interim relief, stating that EU sanctions do not prevent SAP from restoring services.
