Vaibhav Suryavanshi Excluded from India vs. Japan T20 Match
Indian batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi was not included in the playing XI for the sole T20 match against Japan. Following the game, Japan's captain Kendel Kadowaki-Fleming expressed disappointment at not seeing Suryavanshi play, stating he wanted to watch him bat. Suryavanshi had also not played in any matches against Afghanistan.
