Court hears of victim's fear of accused police officer
A Sydney murder trial heard that Jesse Baird was "petrified" of Beau Lamarre-Condon, who was an armed police officer. A friend testified in court that Baird was scared of Lamarre-Condon and repeatedly stated "he has a gun." The friend also said Baird was afraid to go to the police.
