Perth housing estate plan rejected over bushfire risk
Western Australia's administrative tribunal has rejected a controversial plan by Satterley to build a 1000-lot housing estate in the Perth Hills, an area prone to bushfires. The tribunal found the proposal was so fundamentally flawed that it could not be "saved".
