BHIM App Launches MyUPI AI Assistant for Digital Payments
The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) BHIM Services Limited has launched MyUPI, a conversational AI assistant integrated into the BHIM Payments App. MyUPI offers 24x7 support for UPI transactions, complaints, and Autopay mandates. It also provides safety controls, transaction replay, payee verification, UPI Number de-linking, and fraud-awareness assistance. The assistant is available in five languages.
