ED Investigates Foreign Funds for Alleged Conversion in Jaisalmer
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has initiated an investigation into alleged Christian conversion funding in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The probe follows the tracing of approximately ₹5.10 crore in foreign funds received by two local residents from a Belgium-based organization. The ED reportedly found that the funds were routed from Brussels, Belgium, allegedly for religious conversion purposes, disguised as funding for education and culture. Searches were conducted at two premises linked to the recipients.
