Zoho integrates AI chatbot Zia Chat across its software suite
Software company Zoho has launched Zia Chat, an artificial intelligence interface integrated across its more than 60 applications. The company is also expanding into seven industry-specific offerings. Zoho stated that Zia Chat provides a single conversational interface for users to find information, generate leads, and resolve support issues, aiming to reduce deployment time.
