Environment Ministry Extends Port Clearance Validity to 20 Years
India's Environment Ministry has extended the validity period for prior environmental clearances for ports, harbours, and dredging projects from 10 to 20 years. This revision to the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) rules was announced by the ministry.
