US Couple Survives Nepal Floods After Last-Minute Trip Change
Mita and Hemant Parikh, a couple from Suwanee, Georgia, in the US, survived Nepal floods that killed 1,400 people. They were on a pilgrimage in the country when the disaster occurred. The couple had decided to take a side trip, splitting from their group, which ultimately saved them. However, none of the families they were traveling with have been found.
