On Tuesday, a bench of the Allahabad High Court comprising Justices Siddhartha Varma and Jai Krishna Upadhyay set aside the conviction and death sentence of Priyanka and her alleged partner Ashish alias Daini, overturning a prior judgment that had found Priyanka guilty of killing her three children.
