US Judge Orders White House to Restore Media Access After Ban
A US federal judge ordered the Trump administration to immediately restore White House access for CNN, MS NOW, and Politico, who had been banned from the premises. The judge ruled that the outlets were likely to succeed in their claim of being denied due process. Despite the order, reporters from these outlets were initially turned away from the White House on Thursday, but regained access later that day after a delay. The ban was imposed by President Trump on September 19.
