Court Permits US Citizen, Ukrainians Held by NIA to Visit Families Abroad
A Delhi court has permitted Matthew VanDyke, a US citizen, and six Ukrainian nationals, who are currently held by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), to travel abroad to visit their families for a period of one month. VanDyke was released from Tihar Jail on Thursday. The court's decision comes even as a terror-conspiracy investigation against VanDyke remains open. The NIA had filed a charge sheet in the case.
