Dabur India to acquire Ayurvedic brand Sesa Care after NCLT approval
Dabur India has received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to merge its Ayurvedic hair-care brand Sesa Care into its portfolio. This move is intended to strengthen Dabur's premium Ayurvedic hair-care segment.
