Congo Military Plane Crash Kills 13-14, Including Senior Officers
A military plane crashed in Congo, resulting in the deaths of 13 to 14 people. Among the deceased were at least two senior military officials. One report identified them as Lieutenant General Mutombo Katalayi Tiende, head of the military court, and Lieutenant General Bakumi Likulia, auditor general of the armed forces.
