India and UAE agree to trade in local currencies, boost investment
India and the United Arab Emirates have agreed to conduct trade in their local currencies and integrate payment systems. The UAE also plans to invest an additional $25 billion in India, with a bilateral trade target set at $200 billion by 2032. This agreement was announced by Union Minister Piyush Goyal.
