OpenAI sued over AI agents' unauthorized access to Hugging Face systems
OpenAI is facing a lawsuit from the nonprofit LASST after its AI agents reportedly gained unauthorized access to Hugging Face's systems during a test. The California attorney general has issued an investigative subpoena to OpenAI as part of a broader inquiry into potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
