Tata Trusts Vice-Chairmen Challenge Restructuring Plan
Two vice-chairmen of the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT), Venu Srinivasan and Vijay Singh, have stated that they were not consulted by Noel Tata regarding a proposed restructuring plan for Tata Sons. Srinivasan has also questioned Noel Tata's trustee status, his 2024 reappointment, and the extent of the Tata Trusts' influence over Tata Sons. Srinivasan and Singh have reportedly written to the charity commissioner, flagging SDTT's alleged interference with Tata Sons.
