Delhi-NCR Petrol Pumps Ignore 'No PUC, No Fuel' Rule
Despite the implementation of the 'No PUC, No Fuel' rule in Delhi-NCR aimed at curbing pollution, many petrol pumps were found dispensing petrol and diesel without verifying PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificates on the first day. Reports indicate that the rule, intended to be enforced with ANPR cameras monitoring around 500 petrol pumps, was not strictly followed on the ground.
