Court Orders Charges Against Yasin Malik and Others in Hawala Case
A court has ordered the framing of charges against Yasin Malik and six other individuals in connection with a hawala funding case. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has alleged that foreign funding was channeled through hawala networks. The NIA court ordered charges to be framed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
