TCS to acquire Best Buy's India GCC, absorbing 450 employees
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is set to acquire the India-based Global Capability Centers (GCCs) of US retailer Best Buy. As part of the deal, a team of 450 employees from Best Buy's India GCC will join TCS. The acquisition aims to transform these centers into AI Capability Centers.
