CAF Jawan's Death Sparks Protest, Family Alleges Murder
In Surajpur, Chhattisgarh, family members and supporters of a Central Armed Forces (CAF) jawan placed his body on the road to stage a road blockade. They claimed his death was a murder, not a suicide, and demanded he be given the status of a martyr. The jawan's body was draped in the Indian flag during the protest, which also called for an impartial investigation into the death due to suspicions of murder.
