Delhi High Court: Father-in-law not liable for son's actions under DV Act
The Delhi High Court has ruled that a father-in-law cannot be held liable under the Domestic Violence Act for failing to control his adult son. The court clarified that the act does not impose a duty on a father-in-law to control the behavior of his adult son.
