Andhra Pradesh CM Naidu Announces Quantum Computing Hub in Amaravati
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu announced that quantum computing initiatives will commence in Amaravati on February 3, 2027. He also stated that a Pan-IIT World Council will be formed in Amaravati to guide curriculum reforms, foster startups and mentorship, and support the state's goal of becoming a global knowledge hub. Addressing the PanIIT summit, Naidu outlined state initiatives in startups, research, quantum computing, education, and technology.
