Delhi Court Halts FSSAI Ban on 'Energy Drink' Labels for Campa, PepsiCo, Monster
A Delhi court has temporarily suspended an order by India's food regulator, the FSSAI, that prohibited Campa, PepsiCo, and Monster Beverage from labeling their products as 'energy drinks'. The court's decision, which came on Tuesday, was confirmed by a lawyer present at the hearing. Reliance, which owns the Campa brand, had sued the FSSAI over the ban.
