SpaceX's Starlink Aims for India Launch Amid Security Approvals

SpaceX executive Lauren Dreyer stated that the company has designed its Starlink operations to comply with India's security and regulatory needs, expressing hope for the satellite internet service to be operational in India by next year. The Union government has imposed security requirements that have delayed approvals. Three companies, including Starlink, Bharti Airtel, and Reliance Jio, have been granted licenses to provide satellite communication services in India.
