Keralam and NTPC to build 2,000-MW battery storage system
Keralam and NTPC will collaborate to establish a 2,000-megawatt (MW) battery energy storage system at Kayamkulam. The agreement was discussed in a meeting between Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan and NTPC officials in New Delhi. Keralam also requested a dedicated power plant.
