UP Health Sector Sees Major Expansion Under CM Yogi, Says Report
Uttar Pradesh's health sector has undergone significant expansion, with the number of medical colleges increasing from 36 to 85 and MBBS seats rising from 4,690 to over 13,600, according to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He stated that under Prime Minister Modi's guidance, the state's health system has been strengthened. Additionally, over 10 crore people have been enrolled in the Ayushman Bharat and Chief Minister Jan Arogya Abhiyan schemes.
