Delhi High Court Orders Suspension of 126 Websites Using Jio Trademark
The Delhi High Court has ordered the suspension of 126 websites that allegedly used the "Jio" trademark. The court also directed the removal of infringing content and the suspension of domain names for websites using "Jio" and "Jio Lottery" marks, particularly those involved in lottery and gaming services. Google-owned Blogger was specifically directed to remove infringing content.
