Delhi court dismisses defamation case against AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj
A Delhi court has dismissed a criminal defamation complaint filed by Parvesh Verma against Aam Aadmi Party leader Saurabh Bharadwaj. The court found that the questions posed by Bharadwaj were not defamatory. Verma, a Member of Parliament, had filed the complaint against Bharadwaj, who is the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi.
