American Airlines Flight Diverted Due to Malfunctioning Toilets
An American Airlines flight traveling from Madrid, Spain, to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport on October 6 was diverted to New York's John F Kennedy International Airport after six of its eight lavatories stopped working mid-flight. The flight was American Airlines flight 37.
