Earthquake tremors felt in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi region
Earthquake tremors were felt in the Uttarkashi district headquarters and the Yamunotri valley in Uttarakhand. The tremors registered a magnitude of 4.2 in Uttarkashi at 8:08 PM. Earlier, a 2.8 magnitude earthquake was felt in Bageshwar. This is the second such incident in Uttarkashi in four days, with people rushing out of their homes upon feeling the vibrations.
