Fort Hood survivor objects to execution viewing method
A survivor of the 2009 Fort Hood shooting has expressed a desire to witness the execution of the mass shooter, Nidal Hasan. The survivor, who has not been named in the coverage, stated, "Look at my eyes," indicating a wish for a direct confrontation. However, this survivor reportedly does not want to see the execution livestreamed in a manner suggested by Fox News host Pete Hegseth. Separately, U.S. Senator J.D. Vance stated he would not watch a livestream of Hasan's execution.
