EPF Withdrawal Tax Rules Change: Form 121 Replaces 15G/15H
The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has updated its rules regarding tax exemptions on Provident Fund (PF) withdrawals. Form 15G and Form 15H will no longer be accepted for TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) exemption on PF withdrawals. Instead, individuals must now use Form 121. This change affects how employees can claim tax-free withdrawals from their EPF accounts.
