Fusion CX IPO Draws Investor Interest Ahead of Launch

Fusion Micro Finance is preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) with a price band set between ₹275 and ₹289 per share, valuing the company at approximately ₹4,200 crore at the upper end. Ahead of the IPO, investors Mukul Agrawal and Ashish Kacholia, along with Kotak Life, have acquired shares in Fusion CX. The company aims to raise ₹702 crore through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale. This IPO is set to launch alongside that of HD Fire Protect, which is seeking ₹712.13 crore through an offer for sale, with both companies aiming to raise a combined ₹1,414 crore.
