India Rejects China's Objection to Naming 28 Ladakh Locations
India has formally identified and named 28 strategic locations and geographical features in Ladakh, including friction points along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) such as Gogra and Hot Spring, on its official map. China has stated that India naming these locations is 'illegal and invalid.' The Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) rejected China's objection, asserting that Ladakh is an integral and inalienable part of India and that 'no amount of denial can change facts.'
