Bike Lane Removal Faces Supreme Court Challenge in Toronto
The Ford government has begun removing bike lanes in Etobicoke, Toronto. In response, advocacy groups CycleTO and EcoJustice are challenging the removal plans and have announced they will appeal the case to the Supreme Court of Canada. The groups had previously launched a charter challenge against the removal.
